Booking flow: Request → I review → I block my master calendar → Confirm → Payment link. A booking fee applies to reserve time after confirmation.

Scheduling standard: recurring/monthly rides must be booked at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance. This allows us to fit your appointments into the master schedule reliably.
